In case a student is not satisfied with his grade in a course and wants that his marks in the final examination and the semester performance be re-totalled, he will have to deposit the notified fee in the Account Office of KUST and write an application to the Controller of Examinations for re-totalling within two weeks after the declaration of the result. The receipt of money paid has to be submitted in original along with the application. The Controller of Examinations shall process the case and request the concerned HoD for rechecking. The HoD shall approach the Instructor concerned in this case for re-totalling and communicate the new grade (changed or unchanged) to the Controller's office for correction of record, if any, and communication of the result to the student. In case of an error in the total, the money paid shall be refunded to the student.
