Welcome to the Institute of Numerical Sciences (INS) at Kohat University of Science & Technology!
INS is home to 19 qualified faculty members with broad range of research interests in mathematics and statistics, more than 300 undergraduate and graduate students. At INS, we offer academic programs at both undergraduate and graduate levels. We offer undergraduate and graduate programs in mathematics and undergraduate programs in statistics. Besides this, INS also support teaching minor mathematics and statistics courses in other major disciplines at Kohat University of Science & Technology. At INS, students, faculty, and visitors are encouraged to interact through a variety of courses, conferences/seminars and group meetings.
