Research Fellow

Department of Botanical & Environmental Sciences, Kohat University of Science and Technology (KUST), Kohat requires the services of well-qualified Research Fellows, as per below details, to execute NRPU-HEC funded research project titled “Assessment of water-soluble derivatives of chlorophyll as potential photosensitizers for drinking water disinfection”. The job nature is purely contract being offered for a period of one year and may be extended until successful completion of the project.

Positions and other information

Qualification/Experience

Research Fellow (PhD Student)

Salary: Rs. 25,000 (lump sum) per month

1.      MS/MPhil in Botany/Biotechnology/Microbiology from an HEC recognized University

2.      Candidate must be enrolled in PhD at any of the Biological Sciences departments of KUST

Research Fellow (MPhil Student)

Salary: Rs. 20,000 (lump sum) per month

1.      BS/MSc in Botany/Biotechnology/ Microbiology from an HEC recognized University.

2.      Candidate must be enrolled in MPhil program at any of Biological Sciences departments of KUST
