In continuation of this office earlier Notification No.969/ B.A/A/Adm-20/C/Exam dated 29.11.2019, last date for submission of Examination Admission Forms (EAF) for Late College/Private candidates
for B.A/B.Sc Part – I & II Annual Examination 2020 is extended up to 30.6.2020. Fee will be charged as per the following details:

Note: Examination Admission FORM AND FEE Receipt should reach the University on or before the last date of admission failing which late fee will be charged. Demand Draft is not acceptable and fee must be deposited in HBL Branches within the jurisdiction of KUST. Fee can also be deposited through on line account No.00427991830103 already recorded on KUST Examination fee deposit slip available on KUST Website. Only Original deposit slip submitted with admission form will be entertained.
- Private candidates, forms must be attested by any Gazetted officer and be submitted directly to the Exam Section KUST along with attested photocopies of Intermediate/B.A DMC, CNIC and FOUR (04) attested passport size photographs.
- All Part – I (Private) candidates must send their Migration Certificate in original along with the admission form.
- Those candidates who appeared in A/B.Sc Supplementary examination 2019 can submit EAF with normal fee for Annual Examination 2020, up to 15.6.2020.
- The candidates appeared in A/B.Sc Supplementary examination 2019 can submit their rechecking application and appeal up to 20.6.2020.
- It must be noted that Examination Centre is allotted on the basis of permanent address as mentioned in the Examination Admission Form. However, the University reserves the right to allot any other Examination Centre keeping in view the number of candidates in the area. A candidate who wants to be examined in a place other than permanent address must provide proof of his/her own/parents, service (attested by any Gazetted Officer) or residence certificate with the form duly attested by the Commissioner /Deputy/Assistant Commissioner or Political Agent.
- Claim of candidates, to have sent Admission Form by post but not received at the Examination Section shall neither be considered valid nor be entertained. It shall be tackled/settled with the postal service by the candidate.
- Incomplete forms or those received after the stipulated time will not be accepted.
