b) Scrap/Unserviceable store items
The items include furniture & Fixtures, tyres, batteries, engine oil, photocopier, heaters, monitors, CPU, printers, refrigerator and miscellaneous items etc can be inspected on any working day (Mondays to Fridays) between 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Store Section KUST.
Tender document containing Terms & Conditions along with list of items may be obtained from the office of Dy.Registrar Establishment/Secretary, UAC KUST (Establishment Section) on cash payment of form fee of Rs.1000/- per Form for (a) and (b) separately (non-refundable) or can be downloaded from University website i.e. www.kust.edu.pk, and cost thereof may be attached in the shape of Bank draft with the tender form.
Tenders will be received up to 11:00 AM on or before 12th March 2020 opened at 11:30 AM on the same day in the Senate hall, KUST in the presence of the bidders, who may choose to attend. Earnest money will have to be lodged as detailed in tender document.
