Sealed Tenders are invited from the financially strong registered bidders for Canteens, Shops and Officer Club for about Five Thousand (5000) Students at the main Campus KUST.
- Tender is invited for the main Café (Canteen)
- Tender is invited for the up Hill Canteen
- Tender is invited for the Officer Club
- Separate Tenders are invited for each Canteen in the Hostels (B-1, B-2, G-1 & G-2 along with Tandoor)
- Separate Tenders are invited for the shops (one each in Hill Block, Biological Sciences Block, IT Block and inside Girls Hostel)
- Separate Tenders are invited for the Eight (08) shops around the main café as per detail below,
i) Shop No. 1 & 2 as Photostat shops. ii) Shop No 3 & 5 as General shops
iii) Shop No. 4 as Stationary shop iv) Shop No. 6 as a Fruit and Vegetables shop
v). Shop No. 7 as Barber shop. vi) Shop No. 8 as a Laundry shop.
Note:-
- Terms and conditions are available in the Provost Office and also can be downloaded from KUST website (kust.edu.pk) by depositing Rs: 1000/- (non-refundable) as Tender documents fee.
- Separate call deposits Rs: 20,000/- (refundable) each for Main Café, Officer Club, Up Hill Canteen and Rs: 10,000/- (refundable) per shop and per Hostel Canteen must be deposited in the University account No. 100-001 at any HBL branch or in the shape of Call Deposit in the Provost Office.
- The last date of Tender submission is February 08, 2021 on or before11:00 am, which will be opened on the same date and time.
- A bidder can apply for any canteen/shop and Officer Club separately but mmore than two (02) Tenders will not be awarded to a single bidder.
- The competent authority has the right to cancel the tender due to any reason.
