It is notified for the information of all desirous students (old) seeking admission in Boys Hostels (B1 & B2) KUST to submit their Hostel application form in Provost Office from September 17, 2020 to September 30, 2020. those students who submitted applications forms for hostel last year, must submit fresh application forms because their old forms will bot be considered for admission in Hostel (Fall-2020).
Following attested documents must be submitted with Hostel Application Form in the Provost Section by September 30, 2020. (Application Form & Statement for undertaking are available in Photo state shops in KUST).
- Student CNIC
- Guardian/Father CNIC Photocopy
- Department Admission Fee Deposit Slip Photocopy
- Domicile Copy
- Attested copies of all DMCs (SSC,FA/F.Sc,BA/BSc,MA/MSc & MPhil)
- Result Card of Last Semester (Fall 2019 Original DMC copy)
- Two recent Photographs (Passport Size)
- Undertaking on stamp paper as per the sample enclosed (only after confirmation of allotment)
incomplete forms and forms received after due date will bot be entertained.
NOTE:
Hostel seat will be given as per Hostel Admission Policy (50% merit & 50 distance). moreover, Hostel accommodation is a privilege not right and those living withing the distance of 30KM from KUST are not eligible for getting admission in Hostels.
